The business named Salepi Jewelery based in Larissa, Thessaly, will henceforth be referred to as “Salepi Jewellery”.
If you received a product with a defect, or there was a mistake in your order or you are not satisfied with the purchase you made, you can change your order, request a replacement of the product or a refund of the money you have allocated, as long as the following conditions are met return, cancellation or modification.
CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION OF ORDER
You can cancel your order by sending us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of completing the order.
For products that are not immediately available and are on pre-order, you can cancel your order up to 3 days from its submission. If the period of 3 days has passed, there is no possibility of canceling the pre-order.
There are no exchanges or returns on discounted products.
In case you wish to return/exchange a product that is now discounted, the current price is taken into account.
1. Product returns can be accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt.
2. A product that is not in perfect condition cannot be returned. This means that the product must:
a. Not to have been used in any way.
b. To have all his tags.
c. Its packaging must not be damaged.
If the returned products do not meet the above conditions, they will be returned at the consignee’s charge.
3. Defective products are replaced with the same product, with a refund or with the purchase of products of equal value.
SHIPPING AND RETURN COSTS FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS ARE BURDENED BY OUR BUSINESS.
A. In the event of a return due to a defective product or due to an error in your order to complete the return of the item and if the conditions mentioned above are met:

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The user has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of our products, according to the delivery receipt of the Courier company.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by email to Salepi Jewellery.
If you withdraw from this contract you must return the product(s) in the condition you received them with the retail receipt. The product must be in perfect condition, not used in any way, have all tags and packaging undamaged. Refunds cannot be made if the product has been used after opening or if it is damaged.
The return is made to the supplier (Salepi Jewellery) without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the day on which you notified us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. In this case, you bear the direct cost of returning the products.
The return of the item is accepted only if the Customer has previously paid any amount incurred by the Salepi Jewelery company for sending the product to him as well as the shipping costs for its return.
The company is obliged to return to you the amount of money received as well as the delivery costs (excluding additional costs due to your choice to use a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the day it is informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The company is entitled to delay the refund until it receives the products back.
The company will execute the refund by depositing into a bank account indicated by the customer. In any event, you will not be charged for such refund.
